About Kelly

Kelly is responsible for the Corporate & Commercial department and a member of the management board. Following Kelly’s qualification as a solicitor, she focused on corporate matters including commercial contracts, company disposals and acquisitions, and shareholders agreements. However, Kelly has expanded her expertise to include commercial property transactions, which has become a significant part of her work. Over the years, Kelly has advised on the purchase and sale of various types of commercial properties. She is routinely instructed in leasing matters, including acting for landlords and tenants and in the transfer of existing leases to third parties.

Her projects have ranged from small retail unit leases, advising farming partnerships and other agricultural businesses, equity investment in various sectors to large warehouse unit transactions and everything in between.

Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys spending her free time hiking and bird watching. However, her true passion lies with birds of prey. Most Sundays you can find Kelly volunteering at a well-known centre, where she not only flies various birds but also takes on all the less glamorous tasks that come with the role.
