Charities Offered Change To Profit From Prime Real Estate

Charities are being offered free use of a prime Edinburgh city centre venue thanks to a leading law firm.

The Queensferry Street office of Boyd Legal has already been used by a number of groups to host fundraising and administrative events.

Managing Director Peter Boyd is keen to welcome new interest from charitable organisations who need a well situated spot in the heart of the capital.

He said: “We are more than happy to give complementary use of our boardroom space to some of the wonderful charitable institutions who make a real difference in Edinburgh and beyond.

“Being ideally situated in the West End of Edinburgh, we think this is a fabulous opportunity for groups or bodies who want to meet in the city centre but are put off by high hire charges or the lack of availability.

Charities looking for a space in Edinburgh need only contact Boyd to book a date, subject to availability. The room has capacity for 55 people and is available five days a week.

Boyd Legal began life as Boyd Property in 2004 - primarily as estate and letting agents - but rebranded as Boyd Legal and moved into new showpiece offices in Edinburgh’s Queensferry Street in 2015.

It has office space in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness and has advanced its expansion through the acquisition of Will databases in Coatbridge and Larkhall and an Edinburgh legal practice.
